What happens after 30 days?
Your access expires and runs stop being accepted. You can renew at any time from your dashboard; a reminder email is sent before expiry.
Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?
Card payment may be available through PayPal guest checkout for eligible buyers. Availability depends on the checkout flow PayPal presents to you — Decisionproof does not control this.
Is there a free trial?
Not during the paid private beta. Access is subscription-only.
How do usage limits work?
Each 30-day cycle includes 1,000 decision credits, with a per-cycle hard cap of 2,000 and a per-run cost cap of $5.00. Workspace-level rate limits also apply during beta.
How do refunds work?
As a matter of commercial policy, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 48 hours of purchase. Outside that window, we do not offer refunds as a matter of policy. Any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have in your jurisdiction (for example, Korean e-commerce cooling-off rights for individual consumers) continue to apply and are not limited by this policy — see the Terms of Use. How do I cancel?
Simply do not renew. Access remains active until the 30 days expire; no action is needed to cancel. There is no auto-renewal to switch off.
